Ticket Sales

  • All ticket sales are subject to availability.
  • Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated.
  • Each attendee must have a valid ticket.
  • Tickets must not be resold above face value.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual.

Reservations

  • Tour and experience reservations are subject to availability.
  • Reservations must be confirmed by our team.
  • Cancellation policies apply as outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Payments

  • All payments are processed securely through Bank of Palestine's payment gateway.
  • Prices are listed in Israeli Shekels (ILS) unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment must be completed in full before tickets are issued.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and truthful information when registering.
  • Respect the venue, staff, and other guests.
  • Comply with all event rules and safety guidelines.
  • Do not engage in disruptive or illegal behavior.

Event Rules

  • Age restrictions apply where indicated.
  • Outside food and beverages may not be brought to events.
  • Photography may be restricted in certain areas.
  • Staff instructions must be followed at all times.

Refunds

Liability

Cremisan Winery 1885 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the ticket or service.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Palestine. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
