🍇 FROM VINEYARD TO WINE — THE CREMISAN HARVEST Every bottle begins long before it reaches the table. At Cremisan 1885, the harvest is a moment when generations of Palestinian winemaking tradition come together. Freshly harvested grapes arrive at our winery, where they are carefully received, sorted, processed, and prepared for their journey from vineyard to cellar. From the vineyards of Beit Jala to our historic winery, every step matters — from the grapes we cultivate to the people who work with them, and from traditional knowledge to modern winemaking techniques. 🍷 Where Heritage Meets the Vine. Established in 1885, Cremisan is one of Palestine’s historic wineries and the first winery to produce wines from indigenous Palestinian grape varieties. Our estate is located on the northern slope of Mount El Ras, beside Beit Jala, at approximately 800 meters above sea level.
