The story of Cremisan begins in 1885, when the Salesian Fathers established a winery in the hills of Bethlehem. The name Cremisan comes from the local Arabic words meaning 'vineyard' and 'osanna', reflecting the deep spiritual and agricultural roots of the land.
For over 130 years, the monks of Cremisan have cultivated the vineyards and produced wine with dedication, preserving ancient traditions while embracing modern winemaking techniques.
