Description

Cremisan Reserve is a distinguished blend of Petit Verdot, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, with grapes carefully handpicked in August during the cooler hours of the day to preserve their varietal aromas. After destemming, the grapes are fermented with their skins and seeds at a controlled temperature to develop deep color and expressive aromas. The wine is then aged for 14 months in new oak barrels, followed by careful cooling and filtration before bottling. The result is a full-bodied, well-balanced and round red wine, combining intense fruit, vanilla and spice with a long, persistent finish.

The Story

Reserve represents one of Cremisan's more exclusive expressions of its red-wine craft. Produced in a limited edition of only 5,000 bottles, it brings together three carefully selected grape varieties—Petit Verdot, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. From hand harvesting in August to 14 months of maturation in new oak, every stage is focused on preserving the grapes' character while building depth, structure and complexity. The result is a wine that reflects Cremisan's tradition of patient craftsmanship and its connection to the vineyards of the Holy Land.
