Description
Cremisan Cabernet Sauvignon is produced from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes cultivated in the Cremisan Valley and Beit Shamesh\. The grapes are carefully handpicked at the end of September and fermented with their skins and seeds using selected yeasts at controlled temperatures\.
The Story
Rooted in the winemaking tradition of Cremisan since 1885, this Cabernet Sauvignon reflects the winery’s combination of local terroir and international grape varieties\. The grapes are cultivated in the Cremisan Valley and Beit Shamesh, then carefully harvested and matured in oak barrels for at least 14 months\.
