Description
Messa Red is obtained from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Baladi cultivated in Cremisan and Beit Shemesh. The grapes are handpicked, fermented with skin and seeds, and aged in oak barrels for a minimum of 12 months. The dry wine is then blended with Dibes concentrated must produced in the winery from Dabouki juice.
The Story
Messa Red brings together Cremisan's red-grape blend and a traditional concentrated must made from Dabouki juice, creating a distinctive medium-sweet expression.
